"WHAT MAKES THIS CONFERENCE DIFFERENT?"
The OCIA Business Growth Summit was built from a necessity to answer these questions: What do businesses in Oklahoma need to grow and thrive in our industry and how can we help solve these problems? We wanted to separate ourselves from the noise and bring meaningful value to attendees. We created the Business Growth Summit as an experience tailored exclusively to impact Oklahomans who are serious about moving the needle for their green businesses. At BGS23 you won’t have to wait in long lines or compete to have conversations in a loud and crowded setting. Attendees will enjoy networking lunches, dinners, and happy hours. Gain access to sponsors and leaders for specific business needs, and educational panels by subject-matter experts. BGS22 is designed for entrepreneurs who want to develop their businesses into something bigger and better than they ever imagined possible!

No, but this summit is designed for green business owners, entrepreneurs, and like-minded folks who are serious about advancing their business goals. We feel there are plenty of excellent experiences for patients and researchers. BGS23 is different, we are tailored in every way to promote connection, provide education and help you develop plans for the future of your business. This year's lineup promises to be impactful, with an expert-led program that will leave attendees with an understanding of the current and future state of our industry.
WHAT ARE "CONNECTION SESSIONS?"
BGS23 is more than just speakers and panels! The OCIA knows the importance of business owners needing access to the right resources and support.
Connection Sessions do just that! These are curated opportunities to connect with other professionals in a casual 1-on-1 setting. We let attendees reserve meeting rooms with specific goals and needs, we then help pair them with others that can help solve their problems. This is a great way to find new opportunities for your business. We will be announcing more details soon, so stay tuned!
"WHAT IF I AM PLANNING ON STAYING AT GRAND CASINO, HOW DO I BOOK MY HOTEL ROOM?"
To reserve a room, please call (405) 964-7263 and mention the OCIA Business Growth Summit. BGS23 attendees are encouraged to book their hotel rooms before September 20th in order to take advantage of the discounted price. We have reserved a room block at a reduced rate so be sure to reserve your room before they are sold out. Rooms are limited so be sure to book early!
“DO I HAVE TO BE A SPONSOR TO PLAY IN THE GOLF TOURNAMENT ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23RD?”
There has been some confusion about whether attendees need to be sponsors in order to play in the golf tournament. Let us be clear: Absolutely not! The tournament is open to all ticket-holding attendees. Anyone can play and all are welcome. The tournament is on Sunday, Oct. 23 and the cost is $800 per 4-player team or $200 for solo entry. We hope this clears things up and look forward to seeing everyone out on the greens!
"WHAT ABOUT COVID?"
We are monitoring the situation with COVID-19 closely and consulting with government and health officials to ensure we are following recommended best practices. We will be working with ticket holders and sponsors to ensure the event is safe, accessible, and compliant. Currently, there are no plans to postpone the event. We do ask if you are experimenting any symptoms that you please test before you attend, and if you test positive, please stay home and stay safe. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments as necessary. Thank you for your support.
